Neuer Zahlungsablauf in der LinzMobil-App

Wir freuen uns, Ihnen unseren neuen, optimierten Zahlungsprozess vorzustellen!

Mit der aktuellen App-Version vom 12. März 2025 wird Ihr Zahlungsmittel nicht mehr in der LinzMobil-App gespeichert, was für noch mehr Sicherheit sorgt. Der gesamte Bezahlvorgang und die Speicherung Ihrer Kreditkarte werden künftig direkt und sicher von unserem Zahlungsdienstleister abgewickelt.

Änderungen beim neuen Zahlungsprozess

Das bisher in der App gespeicherte Zahlungsmittel ist dann nicht mehr hinterlegt. Kreditkarten können direkt im Bezahlvorgang beim Zahlungsdienstleister gespeichert werden.

Vorteile des neuen Zahlprozesses

Der Bezahlvorgang kann noch schneller abgewickelt werden.
Der neue Zahlungsprozess ist noch sicherer.
Außerdem ist jetzt zusätzlich auch Google Pay als Zahlungsmittel verfügbar.

Damit sind jetzt die Betriebssystem-eigenen Zahlungsmethoden Apple Pay und Google Pay integriert.

American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Visa

So verwalten Sie Ihre Zahlungsmittel

Alle Zahlungsmittel werden ab sofort direkt im Bezahlvorgang hinzugefügt. Kreditkarten können im Kaufprozess auch gleich gespeichert werden.

Im Menü unter „Mein Konto > Zahlungsmittel verwalten“ können Sie gespeicherte Zahlungsmittel wieder entfernen.

New payment process in the LinzMobil app

We are happy to introduce the new, optimized payment process!

With the latest version of the LinzMobil app starting from March 12th, 2025, comes a new payment process. Your means of payment will no longer be stored in the app. The payment process and credit card storage are securely handled by our payment service provider.

Changes in the process

Your previously saved means of payment will not be stored in the app anymore. The credit card data can be saved during the payment process.

Advantages of the new payment process

The ticket purchase will be faster.
The payment process is even safer.
Additionally, Google Pay will be available as a new payment method in the payment process.

Available means of payment: American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Visa

How to manage your means of payment

All payment methods will be added during the ticket purchase process. Credit cards can be saved during the payment process.

In the app menu under ‘My account > Manage payment methods’ you can delete saved payment methods.
